Affiliate program terms
Effective September 24, 2026. Applying is free and requires no Squawk subscription. Applicants must be at least 18 and have a US mobile number for sign-in and a PayPal account they own for payouts. Applications are reviewed; a referral link becomes active only after approval.
What earns a commission
Approved affiliates earn 20% of eligible USD subscription revenue actually collected from new customers they refer during the 2026 season, excluding taxes, refunds, credits, and unpaid or disputed amounts. We round commissions to the nearest cent. Credit-funded or complimentary access does not earn commission. This offer ends February 15, 2027 at 12:00 UTC; later seasons are not included.
Referral credit
The first valid affiliate link visited is remembered for 30 days in that browser. A new customer must create their account within that window. The referral then stays with that account for eligible payments during the current season, including later checkout from a text. Existing or recreated customer accounts and self-referrals are excluded. Cross-device visits before signup, cleared cookies, or a browser privacy signal can prevent attribution. A later affiliate link does not replace an existing valid referral.
Payouts and adjustments
Commissions have a 30-day hold starting when the invoice is paid. Cleared balances are reviewed for manual monthly payouts to the approved PayPal email on file. There is no minimum payout balance. Your dashboard records pending, available, held, and paid amounts. Payment-provider fees or currency conversion may apply. Refunds and disputes can reduce commissions after payout; those adjustments offset future earnings. Held or questionable activity is reviewed before payment. Payout details or tax documentation may need verification before a payout can be completed.
Sharing responsibly
Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission near your recommendation or link. Describe your actual experience and avoid guaranteed fantasy results, invented testimonials, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading discounts, or impersonating Squawk. Respect each community’s promotion rules. Cookie stuffing, self-referrals, fraudulent purchases, and paid advertising using Squawk’s name without written permission are prohibited.
Your account and customer privacy
Your affiliate login does not enroll you in customer alerts. Keep your login and payout details secure. You see aggregate referral and commission statistics, not customers’ phone numbers, messages, or SMS consent. Contact us to change approved payout details. We may pause or terminate participation for abuse. Legitimately earned, undisputed commissions remain payable under these terms; fraud-related amounts can be withheld or reversed. Material program changes apply prospectively.
