What we collect

Fantasy Squawk("we", "us") collects the minimum needed to run the service: your mobile phone number, your alert preferences, and records of the alerts we send you. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How we use your phone number

Your phone number is used to (1) verify your identity at sign-up via a one-time code, (2) deliver the fantasy football alert messages you subscribed to, and (3) send essential account messages such as your payment link and receipts. Message frequency varies with your chosen sensitivity setting, up to roughly 30 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is never shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver messages (e.g., Twilio).

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hi@stormlightventures.io. You can also pause alerts or cancel your subscription any time from the settings page.

Service providers

We use Twilio to send and receive text messages, Stripe to process payments, Neon to host our database, Vercel to host the website, and OpenAI to analyze public Reddit content. Each receives only the data required to perform its function.

Data retention

We retain your account data while your subscription is active. Email us to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
